EU and Overseas Delivery *Updated Dec 2024*

Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations as of December 2024 we need to have a registered responsible person in an EU country who holds and maintains all safety data for every product we manufacture. It’s something we’re looking to address but the costs of implementation currently exceed our revenue, let alone the profit made on EU orders, which means it’s not currently commercially viable.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to all EU countries as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Southern Ireland, Spain and Sweden.

We are also unable to ship to Switzerland who adhere to EU regulations.

We are able to ship to Northern Ireland for the moment, but any new releases after 13th December 2024 are exempt from shipping due to a new agreement.

At present we use Royal Mail International Tracked services for international delivery. Prices are calculated based on the Royal Mail's International Tracked tariff.

General Overseas Shipping

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

Heavier items (baseboards etc)

If you're ordering heavier items such as ballast, baseboards & storage drawers, a delivery charge may not be displayed when you checkout. In this case, we will follow the process below:

  1. Your order will be prepared for shipping.
  2. Quotation for shipping will be emailed to you.
  3. On approval, we'll issue an invoice for the shipping charge.
  4. As soon as the invoice is paid, we will dispatch your order and email you tracking details.
