We check all items before dispatching, but we’re only human, and occasionally the odd one slips through the net. Please let us know about any faults in any of your purchased goods as soon as possible by Submitting A Ticket via the link above or giving us a call on 01872 248878 so that we can rectify the issue swiftly.
We will either send you replacement parts or components where possible, or sometimes ask you to return it to us for replacement. At present we do not offer a free returns service, but we will of course refund the cost of return postage on faulty items to you via your original payment method.
