If you need to amend an order that you've just placed, the quickest way to request an amendment is to email us by clicking "Submit A Ticket" on the top menu above, or email help@scalemodelscenery.co.uk which will open a ticket for you. Alternatively, please give us a call at 01872 248878 and we'll always do our best to assist.
If an order is still showing as "Pending" when you log into your account we will most likely be able to amend or cancel it for you. Phew!
If the order shows as Completed or Dispatched, you will need to return it to us at the following address and request a refund:
