How do I spend my Reward Points

Once you've collected 125 or more points, your points will show as an available credit at the checkout, which you can apply to any order. You don't have to pay for the entire order with points either, although you can if you wish. You can part-pay for a larger value order with points & a credit or debit card.

To spend your Reward Points, you must be logged in to the site, and you must proceed to the checkout using the green Checkout Securely button as shown below. 

Important: If you check out using the yellow PayPal Express Checkout button you will not be able to redeem your points.

Complete each stage of the checkout, filling out the necessary information on the delivery details page. At step 3 of the checkout process, you will be able to select your preferred payment method and if you scroll to the bottom of the page you'll see a box similar to the one shown below where you are given the option to redeem your Reward points against the order. Enter the value in Reward points that you wish to spend then click the Redeem button.

Then click the green Pay For Order button on the right-hand side of the screen to continue the checkout process.

Loyalty Points & Delivery Charges: Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against any delivery charges. Free UK delivery over £50 is only valid on orders totalling over £50 after any loyalty points have been redeemed. If the order total after loyalty points have been redeemed is less than £50 incl VAT, a standard delivery charge of £2.99 will be automatically applied to your order.
